What I am experiencing isn’t listed under treatable conditions. Can you help?

The complimentary consultation can help us decide if we are a right fit for you. If not, we can help direct you to an appropriate healthcare professional based on your symptoms.

How do I become a patient?

After contacting us, you will receive an intake form via email. This form must be completed prior to your video consultation. The consultation will be used to determine whether you are a good candidate for services and to address any additional concerns you may have.

If deemed eligible for treatment, the next step is to schedule your first in-home visit. During the first visit, a thorough evaluation will be performed to determine the source of your pain. After arriving at an accurate diagnosis, a treatment plan will be tailored to address your specific needs. Hands-on, one on one treatment will then be followed by a specific rehabilitative exercise regimen to ensure fast, yet long-lasting results.

How do I prepare for my first visit?

Please wear comfortable workout attire. Ensure there is adequate space for treatment and rehabilitation exercises.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not. Each patient is an individual with their own specific needs. Because of this, we are unable to operate effectively within the restrictions of insurance. A superbill may be provided upon request for patients to submit for possible reimbursement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle.
